Weight Loss reduces risk of Cancer

Shedding weight can get rid of inflammatory cells and proteins in the body. The kind of weight loss that was effective, however where those who changed their diet. Test subjects who only changed their physical activity did not receive the same benefits and reduction of inflammation. Those in the study that only did physical exercise to loose weight did not receive the same benefits as those people who also went on a diet. Those who did both exercise and dieted lost the most weight, and a significant amount of inflammation. What was an interesting find for the researchers however, were those who only dieted found a great reduction of inflammation without exercise at all. Any way to get rid of fatty tissue is a great way of reducing inflammation, but a diet might be the best way to go about it.
