A study
published in “Fertility and Sterility” indicates that women who exercised more vigorously
had a 32% less likelihood of conceiving a child than their other counterparts.
It avows that women who had engaged in more than 5 hours of vigorous exercise
during a week could delay pregnancy among physically proactive women. This was predominantly
conducted through 3628 Danish women in stable relationships who were mandated
to report their exercise frequency and periodical intervals. Reuters reported
that during the study, most women who engaged in “moderate” cardiovascular were
able to conceive.
