A new study suggests that saturated fats in high amounts
could trigger deterioration in the quality of semen.
A research team, led by Dr. Jill Attaman conducted the study, where the
acquired knowledge that males who had the highest fat consumption had a 43%
lower total sperm count and 38% lower concentration of sperm than men who
consumed in the least amount of fat. This of course, shatters cognitive
rationale where it was assumed that a lower-fat diet only improves cardiovascular
activity. It was only deliberated that men who ingest greater levels of omega-3
polyunsaturated fats have better-formed than those who don’t.
