Eggs at Breakfast can Delay Hunger
Studies show that eating eggs for breakfast instead of a bowl of cereal makes people feel full longer. Scientists guess the protein from the eggs does a better job of making people feel full than the protein from wheat. Researchers are suggesting that changing the type of protein a person consumes versus the amount of protein consumed might be a more effective weight loss strategy. This study is still under preliminary process as it has not gone through peer review. More will follow after the medical conference.
