Marine Biology- MPAs helping to save sea turtles

Marine Protected Areas are areas in which certain activities, such as fishing, are restricted in hopes of helping to save wildlife. A recent study shows that these are having a great impact on sea turtles. Nearly 35% of all the worlds green turtles are found in MPAs.  This research and tracking is helping us to unlock the secrets of turtles life cycle.
