Side Effects of Becoming a Vegetarian

If you follow a balanced eating plan and pay attention to the food requirements for vegetarians, it can be a very healthy choice. But ignoring this, and not getting the correct nutrients for your body can create side effects. If you don't consume any animal products at all, you may have iron, zinc, vitamin B12 deficiency, and calcium and bone loss. These may affect your metabolism, maintaining of the central nervous system, formation of new blood cells, increased susceptibility to infection, taste and smell. Which also includes side effects such as anemia, weakness, poor balance and tingling in the arms and legs, poor appetite, exhaustion, weakness, thinning bone density and osteoporosis, dental problems, etc.
