How Much Sleep Do You Really Need?

We've been told that sleeping for 8 hours is the ideal time to spend in bed. Although a research disagrees. If you sleep for 6.5-7.5 hours, you will live long than others who sleep less or more than that range. This especially helps with people with insomnia. They will not stress so much about getting the full 8 hours and will be able to fall asleep when getting into bed. They will also need to restrict the time they spend in bed to get over that fear of not being able to sleep. In the end, very short sleep and very long sleep can be associated with depression, heart disease, obesity, and so on.http://www.time.com/time/health/article/0,8599,1812420,00.html
