New documentation has been recently shown about how genetically modified food has harmful side effects. The natural process of gene transfer is disrupted with these foods and has the potential to create new diseases and nutrition problems. Soybean and corn make up 83% of the GMO's and doctors recommend not eating soybean products instead of testing for allergies. Ultimately it is up to the consumer what they are going to put into their body.
