Blood test'could detect breast cancer years in advance

Researchers have found a "genetic switch" that 1 in 5 women have, that increases their risk of breast cancer. This switch can be found many years in advance that could help with extremely early detection of breast cancer. These samples can be draw via the blood and can be detected up to 3 years in advance of the disease actually showing. By identifying this factor, patients can change their lifestyle in such a way that can help prevent the disease and doctors can actively work to prevent it as well .
