Overweight? New Research Explains How Proper Sleep is Important for Healthy Weight


Scientists have done some research and determined that some things involved with sleeping are also related to maintaining a healthy body weight.  Rev-Erb Alpha is a major component in this research.  If this gene is impaired it causes excessive weight gain.  I think this is very interesting, especially since many people see the US as being collectively overweight.  It is explained more in the article how this gene works.
