Do you wake up to the sound of your alarm?

A study shows that if one does wake up to the sound of an alarm, it indicates that your body clock doesnt agree with your weekday schedule  and may cause weight gain and other health problems. In Europe, they call it "social jet lag". Basically the definition of social jet lag is ""the discrepancy between what our body clock wants us to do and what our social clock wants us to do". The study also shows that as the gap between weekday and weekend time zone widens, one's BMI can increase. Also from an economic standpoint, paying attention to our body clock can increase one's productivity during the day which will contribute to the economy.
