In a study conducted by researchers conducted at Brigham and Women's Hospital, high intake of flavonoid rich berries can add to your health over time and even contribute to slowing the rate of mental decline. They analyzed the data of over 120,000 nurses over a thirty year period, the largest scale study of its kind, and have concluded that these two berries rich in flavonoid can contribute to mental health even in age.
