combined weight and anaerobic training

This article talks about how several experiments were preformed to test whether or not weight and aerobic training would interfere with each others benefits. It is commonly accepted that you want to try and separate these two types of training. However afterwards it was shown that you could do half of each work out together as opposed to one full work out of just one type and receive similar short term results. Long term results were not measured.
