Bringing Dogs to Work May Reduce Stress


Bringing your dog to work may reduce stress according to an observational study by Virginia Commonwealth University. Dogs serve as a great stress relief in the workplace, increase worker cooperation, and job satisfaction according to the study. This experiment assessed workers who brought their dogs to work, employees who did not bring their dogs to work, and employees without pets in order to demonstrate the effects of dogs in the workplace.
