Berries are good!

A recent study has shown that the intake of flavonoid berries, such as blueberrys and strawberrys, may, over time, delay memory decline by 2.5 years. This study was done by Brigham and Womens Hospital. The study finds that the amount of berries consumed to the decline of memory loss was inversely proportional, meaning that the more berries you consume, the less your memory will decline.
