Beer Belly Reduction by Hot Sauce

Research done by the Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH), suggests that the ingredient that gives hot sauce its heat could be a large component of the future of weight loss. The study was done on what is known as capsaicin, which is what gives the chili pepper its burning sensation. The study showed that this component of heat could achieve weight loss and reduce the risk of obesity related problems/diseases with less side affects then other weight loss options. After performing two surgeries in the lab, the researchers were able to significantly reduce the total body fat and the visceral fat, which is more commonly known as beer belly fat. This is great as it is an easier and cleaner way of helping the obese in today's society, especially with the growing demand weight loss.
