Counting Calories to Lose Weight













A recent study showed counting fats, carbs, or protein are not the important things to log when trying to lose weight by dieting.  The study had four groups of people losing weight by either cutting carbs, proteins, fats, or a combo of all three but summing to the same amount of calories.  Results showed all the groups lost very comparable numbers.  Counting overall calories is mush more important when trying to diet effectively
