High school students who do yoga may derive psychological benefits


Yoga may help prevent adolescent mental problems. A study of 51 kids in Massachusetts has been taken with the belief that it can relieve certain mental problems. The study showed that all students after the 10 week course experienced better control over their mood, stress, and anxiety.
