Cigarettes Without Smoke, or Regulation

This article talks about the use of the electronic cigarettes. It seems like it is a great way to cut back smoking. However, the opponents of using e-cigarettes say the safety claims are more rumor than anything else since it has never been tested for safety. In face, the Food and Drug administration has already refused the entry of dozens of shipment coming into the country.
