Organic vs. Conventional Farming


Even though the crop from organic farming is lower then conventional agriculture for cereals, the gap is not as significant for other crops. If organic farming is done at its best it is only 13% lower then conventional farming. Professors from McGill and University of Minnesota's suggest that we need to combine the best of both worlds to obtain the most economic, social, and environmental friendly crops.
