Researcher Elizabeth Devore found that consuming an amount of berries such as blueberries and strawberries decrease memory loss in older women. In her research, among women who consumed two servings of strawberries and blueberries every week show a moderate reduction in memory decline. They also found that there could possibly be a correlation between the anthocyanidins and flavonoids in the berries that helps with memory decline.
