Botox Helps Migraines "a Little"

People who had been given cosmetic Botox injections said that these injections helped them with migraine and tension-headache pain. After further investigations, some scientists are saying that these injections are not helping more than just a little bit. They are saying that is no better than placebo.
It was found that Botox injections may be helpful in reducing chronic headaches, but that it does not help as much with episodic headaches.
