In an examination program in Taiwan, it was found that people that exercise are 55% more likely to quit smoking than those who do not smoke. These people were also 43% less likely to relapse and start smoking again after they quit. Not only was exercising found to help people quit smoking, but it was also found to increase life expectancy, even in those who still smoked. This means that not only does exercising help people quit smoking, but it will increase their life expectancy. In other words, exercise and don't smoke!
