Doing chores around the house can prevent Alzheimers

Although several studies have shown that to prevent Alzheimer's, one needs to frequently exercise such as swimming, biking, etc. Now a new study has shown that for those elderly who are too frail to do rigorous exercise, doing chores around the house can also help prevent one from getting Alzheimer's only if they are done enough. Older people tend to garden a lot and those are one of the activities that have been identified that helps older people prevent AlzheimersThe study shows that the higher level of physical activity one participates in, the lower their risk for Alzheimer's. Although doctors prefer that people push themselves to exercise to get the full benefit, it is very true that old people cant push themselves to exercise compared to young people.
