‘U’ Study Shows Promise For Treatment Of Muscular DystrophyScientists have reprogrammed human skin stem cells to regenerate muscles in lab mice. This discovery is the first instance of human stem cells proving to be effective in the treatment of muscular dystrophy. While this discovery is promising, human trials are far from being in the works.
