Parkinson's disease: Study of live human neurons reveals the disease's genetic origins
Scientists have revealed a new potential drug that targets Parkinson’s disease and offers a screening platform to help discover new treatments. They figured out that this was the first time that the neurons the control human dopamine were generated from Parkinson’s disease from patients with the parkin mutation.
