Growing Crops To Cope With Climate Change

It's fascinating how science and technology can come together for a greater cause. Climate change is a growing concern, despite how enjoyable it can be here in Minnesota. It poses threats on many industries, such as a slowdown or lack of diversity in the food industry. Fortunately, scientists at a leader plant science center discovered a gene known as Ppd-H1 that can be used to develop crops that are more suitable for our changing global climate.
