Certain Foods Can Dramatically Reduce "Bad" Cholesterol



 Canadian researchers have found that food products containing soy protein (soy milk, tofu), nuts, and "sticky" fiber (oats and barley) have the ability to reduce bad cholesterol. These foods, in combination with a statin such as Lipitor, can reduce risk of heart attack and stroke by 10%.
