Breast-Fed Babies Have Healthier Guts and Stronger Immunity

Breast feeding babies has been found to give babies healthy bacteria that helps with their intestinal tracts and in their immune systems. During the neonatal state is the most critical for this development and breast milk can provide the enzymes and bacteria that is needed. This bacteria helps to create a healthier gut and maintains intestinal stability. Though these results look promising, the researchers warn that more information and trials are needed to confirm these results before major findings about breast-fed babies and healthier guts can be concluded.
