Action Videogames Change Brains

Previous studies have found differences in the brain activity between action videogame players and non video-gamers. Twenty-five subjects were tested by playing a video game for a total of 10 hours and of the twenty-four, sixteen played a shooter game and the other played a puzzle game. They recorded the brain activity and found that gaming enhances your visual attention and suppress distracting information.
