May 16, 2012 the Seneca Center will be closed leaving 14 teenagers with mental health disorders. The teenagers that go to this home usually suffer with PTSD from neglected and abusive homes. The center was established in 1996 and will be closing because of a $900,000 budget cut was made which is 1/3 of their budget. It costs $15,000 a month to provide services and housing for each individual client.
