Gluten Free becoming more popular

When people used to think of gluten free products they thought that it would not taste good. Today, more and more products are made for people that cannot have gluten in their diet. People who are not gluten sensitive or have been diagnosed with celiac disease are eating gluten free also. Although the economy is not the best right now, the demand for gluten free products has increased and is estimated to keep increasing in the upcoming years. People who are not eating gluten say that they have noticed weight loss. Health experts say that these people may be losing weight and/or feeling more energetic. On the other hand, gluten free foods can be processed that are high in salt and sugars.
