Drinking Water With Meals May Impair Digestion
This week as we are learning about the digestive system I had came across this article that talks about the negative effects of drinking too much water with meals. We are continually told to consume water on a daily basis but filling up while eating may actually be worse for your health. Too much water during meals may interfere with levels of acid and bile in the stomach not allowing for proper digestion.
