Coffee has shown to actually be a healthy beverage. Coffee, not caffeine, can reduce a
person’s risk of diabetes and heart disease. Coffee contains antioxidants that help control the cell
damage that give way to type 2 diabetes.
A study also showed adult woman can lower their risk of cardiovascular
disease by 24% compared to those who don’t drink coffee. However, as the level of coffee
consumption increases, the benefits also begin to decrease.
