White House Alters Controversial Birth Control Rule


Basically, this article talks about the recent event that the Obama administration on Friday said it will adjust its health care guideline mandating that religious employers provide women with access to birth control.  This means that women can still request birth control can still get it free from co-pays or premiums, but that universities, hospitals, an other religiously affiliated institutions can refuse to cover it.  This puts a huge burden on the insurance companies, as they are responsible for handling the additional coverage.  Many argue whether or not this change is just. http://news.health.com/2012/02/10/white-house-alters-controversial-birth-control-rule/
