What not to Eat During Pregnancy

Pregnancy can change eating habits significantly. Bizarre food cravings of pregnant women are sometimes not good not only for the mother but also for the baby. This article suggests that ocean fish should be avoided. The high level of mercury in these foods can persist in the body for long period of time. Other sea food which is low in mercury such as shrimp is also not recommended.
