Jogging is good for you!

In this article it states how there is a study that proved Jogging is beneficial to your health. What is surprising is how beneficial. It was shown in an experiment that jogging regularly can add up to five years on your life. And in order to reap these benefits it only takes about 2 and a half hours a week, as long as you are consistent with it.
