A 92 year old retired school teacher sold $40 helium kits created to commit suicide was sentenced for not filing her taxes. Although a reported 6 people had committed suicide with her kits, she is not being charged. She sold 1,300 kits by mail, even to those who were minors or just depressed instead of having a terminal illness. She supplied them with tubing, material for the hood and a diagram.
