Problems Associated with Vegetarianism


Although many people are choosing to take the “healthier” way and become a vegetarian, there are many health risks associated with it that people don’t think about. Vegetarianism can be a healthy lifestyle if the proper nutrition is put into mind. Many problems they have to worry about are vitamin B12 deficiency, iron deficiency, zinc deficiency, and calcium and bone loss. All of these things are much less common as problems to the typical meat-eating person.
