Life & style Sleep Sleep deprivation increases stroke and heart disease risk

I found this article important for us students because we sometimes do not sleep enough. According to a study conducted by researchers at the University of Warwick in six countries, sleep deprivation increases the risk of heart disease and stroke. It was found that if you sleep less than six hours per night, you have 48 %  risk to develop a heart disease and a 15% greater to have a dying stroke. This is something to think about as we tend to work so hard and do not take care of ourselves.
