Smokers on the Brink of Extinction

During our discussion on smokers' right, we talked about the right of employers in the healthcare industry to deny job applicants and even terminate employment if caught smoking. In this article, the city of Fort Worth has been considering banning smokers from the possibility of employment altogether. While far from being realized, the law has been ardently backed by mayor Betsy Price and is aiming to follow in the footsteps of Baylor's healthcare system.
