The symptoms of altitude sickness can include headache, fatigue, dizziness, nausea, vomiting and poor appetite, and surely the more than 25 percent of the millions of Americans who travel to high elevations each year being effected by this condition would want some kind of fix; now that might be possible. Ibuprofen has been shown to significantly reduce the incidence of altitude sickness in a double-blind trial.
