Fruit Diet?




The Raw Food Diet is based on the fact that the majority of foods are more healthful when they haven't been cooked. Most vegetables lose a lot of their nutrition after cooking so the diet excludes food that has been cooked above 118 degrees Fahrenheit, the article says. The diet allows sushi, obviously, uncooked beans, vegetables, milk, cheeses, fruits, and various uncooked meats.
