Active students allow for smart students

http://www.startribune.com/local/south/148459015.html
An elementary school in Farmington took students with low test scores and gave them 15 minutes of physical education in the morning, but not as a punishment. It allows the students to have more energy throughout the day because blood and oxygen are flowing. These students that took part in this extra gym time scored higher on their tests the following year and showed the greatest improvement in the whole school. Because of cases like this and some in Texas and California, teachers are trying to get more time in gym for the students to improve learning skills and test scores.
