Vioxx

I decided to post a article about the Vioxx debate because I found it extremely interesting.  These pharmaceutical companies are given so much trust but like any other business they are out to make money, and a lot of it!  Personally, I believe these companies are given to much trust which is partially are fault.  If I see a commercial from Red Bull that says "Red Bull, It gives you wings!", clearly I am not going to believe it. That was probably not a great example but my point being is that not many people are educated in the medicine field.  If I see a medication that has been approved and his known for working fast and effectively, I most likely will use it not even thinking of the side effects.  People need to be more educated on health topics so we do not put so much trust into a company that is out to make money.http://www.naturalnews.com/027582_Merck_Vioxx.html
