Harvard study shows regarding red meat and risk of disease or cancer mortality

The Harvard School of Public Health conducted a research that resulted in that increased consumption of red meat will lead to increase probability of disease and heart fatality. They also found that consumption of other proteins such as fish, nuts, legumes, and poultry decreases the chance of getting these disease particularly cardiovascular conditions. The most interesting part of this article is that eating one hot dog or two slices of bacon can increase your chances of disease/cardiovascular mortality  by 20%. I personally dont eat bacon but I sometimes do eat hot dogs and I suppose I'll stop eating hot dogs from now on lol.
