Steriod Use in India

This article starts talking about a relay team that is on trial for taking supplements that would boost them in ability to race.  As the article goes on, it talks about the writer's own personal experience as a swimmer that represented India at an  international level.  They explain how their coaches would tell them to take certain supplements and would claim everyone at the international level would take these pills in order to compete.  The story goes on and it actually factored out that this specific set of pills affected the swimmer in a negative way, causing slower times than months before.  As the article continues, the author questions whether India should face the same punishments when the athletes are less than educated about the rules and regulations involved in drug intake and are purely going off of their coaches' words, whom are sometimes the only people they feel they can trust.  It is a very interesting article.
