In our debate this week, we spend much of our time discussing if steroids should just be legalized in baseball specifically. Then we wouldn't have to worry about having an unfair playing field. We obviously assumed that we could limit the side effects of steroids and for the most part they would be safe. I at first thought this was a terrible idea, and thought no sports fanatic would ever support such a thing. I was looking up different articles relating to this topic and I found a good one written by ESPN. I found it important to have a credible source that was pro-steroid use since I was such a non believer, I wouldn't say this article persuaded me to the other side but since a sports writer from a respected place (ESPN), had some positive things to say about it, I felt it was necessary for me to look further into it. I hope you gain something from this article. I believe this topic will forever be debated and steroids even if they are ever legalized , will be looked down upon until a new generation is established.
