Many recent studies claim the benefits of chocolate. A new study reveals that eating chocolate was linked to lower rates of stroke, coronary heart disease, high blood pressure and other cardiovascular conditions. This study tested 100,000 people. While there are still stipulations to the benefits of chocolate, research is showing benefits, especially in dark chocolate.
