Exercise and life expectancy

It is well known that inadequate activity is a growing and major problem world wide.  This article looks critically at the effects of different lifestyles.  More specifically, it examines quality of life and how it correlates to the amount of exercise that one does in a week.  There findings, reported in an overly-simplified fashion, were that getting any exercise is better than nothing.
